SECTION 1. The Camarines Sur National School of Arts and Trades in Naga City is hereby converted into a college to be known as the Bicol College of Arts and Trades which shall be under the administration and supervision of the Director of Vocational Education. The said college shall offer, in addition to its present curricula, courses leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CAMARINES SUR NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN NAGA CITY INTO A COLLEGE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, in addition to its present annual appropriation, cut of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act, during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
