Section 1
SECTION 1. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as additional appropriation for the implementation of Republic Act Numbered Three thousand four hundred three, which created the Bobon School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Bobon, Province of Samar, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
