SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Surigao del Sur, is further amended to read as follows: "Surigao del Sur, four assistant provincial fiscals."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 17, 1967.
