Section 1 Appropriation of funds.

SECTION 1. Appropriation of funds.—The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the operation of the government of the Republic of the Philippines during the period from July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight except where otherwise specifically provided:

SEC. 40. Effective date.—This Act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, where otherwise provided.
