AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN OYSTER CULTURE DEMONSTRATION STATION AT A SUITABLE SITE WITHIN THE SECOND DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the, supervision of the Fisheries Commissioner, an oyster culture demonstration station at a suitable site within the Second District of the Province of Bulacan.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Fisheries Commissioner shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said station. Such sums as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
