AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN OYSTER CULTURE AND DEMONSTRATION STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BILIRAN, SUBPROVINCE OF BILIRAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, an oyster culture and demonstration station in the Municipality of Biliran, Subprovince of Biliran, Province of Leyte, to be known as Biliran Oyster Culture and Demonstration Station.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said demonstration station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
