AN ACT CONVERTING DONSOL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DONSOL, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS DONSOL NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Donsol High School in the Municipality of Donsol, Province of Sorsogon is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Donsol National Comprehensive High School. Comprehensive curriculum which includes both academic and industrial arts and handicraft courses shall be offered. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize the said school accordingly.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Upon organization of Donsol National Compre­hensive High School, the personnel, equipment and re­cords of Donsol High School shall be transferred to the former school.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for operation and maintenance of the said school in addition to its matriculation and tuition fees, and other revenues.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
