AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOSE PANGANIBAN IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAMARINES NORTE SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Camarines Norte School of Arts and Trades is hereby established in the Municipality of Jose Panganiban in the Province of Camarines Norte under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school of arts and trades during the fiscal year ninaeteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
