SECTION 1. That portion of the North Diversion Road passing through the territorial jurisdiction of the Province of Bulacan is hereby named "Marcelo H. del Pilar Highway."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
