Section 1
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated., out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to implement Republic Act Numbered Forty-two hundred seventy-three, and the sum of twenty-five thousand pesos is likewise appropriated for the payment of the salaries of personnel for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Such sum as may needed for the operation of the San Joaquin Breeding Station in the Municipality of San Joaquin, Province of Iloilo, in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
