Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the expenses of the conference of the Asians Parliamentarians’ Union which will be held in the City of Manila, in nineteen hundred sixty-eight.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
