AN ACT CREATING THREE POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting after the subparagraph relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Davao the following subparagraph:

"Davao del Norte, three assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2

SEC. 2. The incumbent assistant provincial fiscal who has chosen to serve the Province of Davao del Norte pursuant to Section seven of Republic Act Numbered Forty-eight hundred sixty-seven shall continue as such under the province his choice, without need of a new appointment.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
