AN ACT CONVERTING THE MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL NA­TIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Misamis Occidental High School in the Province of Misamis Occidental, is hereby converted into National high school to be known as Misamis Occidental National High School. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize the said school accord­ingly.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Upon organization of the Misamis Occidental National High School, the personnel, equipment and records of the Misamis Occidental High School shall be transferred to the said national school.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Nation and maintenance of the said school in addition to its matriculation and tuition fees and other revenues.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
