Section 1

SECTION. 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, one million three hundred twenty thousand pesos, or so much thereof as shall be necessary, to pay the costs of partitions, furnishings, utilities, maintenance and rental for the temporary offices of the Asian Development Bank in accordance with Sections thirteen and fourteen of the Headquarters Agreement between the Republic of the Philippines and the said Bank.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
