Section 1
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a position of provincial fiscal in the Sub province of Quirino in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya.Appointment to the said position of provincial fiscal shall be made by the President of the Philippines, with the consent of the Commission on Appointments, and the appointee thereof shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are vested in the office by law as if the Sub province of Quirino were a different and separate province with the seat of office in the capital of the sub province .He shall receive a salary as that provided by law for provincial fiscals.
