Section 1

SECTION 1. Section three of Republic Act Numbered Forty-nine hundred and sixty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 3. The life of the Abaca and Other Fibers Development Board shall be deemed extended up to June thirty, nineteen hundred and seventy-two."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
