Appropriation of funds.
SECTION 1. Appropriation of funds.—The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the operation of the government of the Republic of the Philippines during the period from July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine except where otherwise specifically provided:
Effective date.
SEC. 43. Effective date.—This Act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight, except where otherwise provided. Approved, June 27, 1968.
