AN ACT AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH TWENTY OF ARTICLE FOURTEEN OF THE REVISED PENAL CODE.

Section 1

SECTION .1. Subparagraph twenty of Article fourteen of the Revised Penal Code is amended to read as follows:

"20. That the crime be committed with the aid of persons under fifteen years of age or by means of motor vehicles, motorized water craft, airships, or other similar means."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
