AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE SECOND REPRE­SENTATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY INTO A SEPARATE HIGHWAY EN­GINEERING DISTRICT.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary not­withstanding, the Second Representative District of the Province of Albay, comprising the municipalities of Rapu-Rapu, Manito, Daraga and Camalig, is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district. The office of the district highway engineer shall be in Legaspi City.

The Legaspi City Engineer shall concurrently be the ex officio highway district engineer for said engineering district.

The Second Highway Engineering District herein created shall have jurisdiction of the funds for public works projects within the municipalities comprised in the said engineering district only.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
