Section 1

SECTION 1. The Island of Dinagat in the Province of! Surigao del Norte is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district to be known as the Island of Dinagat Highway Engineering District of the Province of Surigao del Norte. The office of said highway engineering district shall be located in the Municipality of Albor, Province of Surigao del Norte.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Island of Dinagat Highway Engineering District of the Province of Surigao del Norte shall have a highway district engineer and such other personnel who shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
