AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Camarines Norte, is further amended to read as follows:

"Camarines Norte, four assistant provincial fiscals: Provided, That the two assistant provincial fiscals shall be assigned to the second branch of the Court of First Instance of Camarines Norte with station at the Municipality of Labo."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
