SECTION 1. The sum of thirty-eight million one hundred eighty-seven thousand nine hundred forty pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the following purposes:edwin a. For the organization of 8,700 extension classes P1,31,450,500 b. One hundred general education supervisors I to be apportioned, unless not necessary, to divisions which have less than ten general education supervisors, giving priority to divisions which have the least number of supervisors 463,200 c. Ten community adult education supervisors I to be apportioned on the basis of one for each division which has no such school supervisor 46,320 d. Five hundred public schools district supervisors to be apportioned to each provincial and city division on the basis of one supervisor for every one hundred forty teachers 2,202,000 e. Two hundred principals II 758,400 f. One hundred principals I 374,800 g. Two hundred principals I 686,400 h. Ten division music supervisors at P4,632 46,320 i. One thousand janitors to be appointed from the residents of the locality 2,160,000
