AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ANIMAL BREEDING STATION AND STOCK FARM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS DAVAO ORIENTAL BREEDING STATION AND STOCK FARM, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry an animal breeding station and stock farm in the Municipality of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental, to be known as Davao Oriental Breeding Station and stock Farm.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said animal breeding station and stock farm during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
