SECTION 1, The Tolong High School in the municipality of Sta. Catalina, Province of Negros Oriental, is converted to a national rural school to be known as the Negros Oriental Rural School. It shall be of the Central Luzon Agricultural School type.

AN ACT TO CONVERT THE TOLONG HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CATALINA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, TO A NATIONAL RURAL SCHOOL.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred fifty-one. Thereafter, the necessary sum for said purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
