Section 1

SECTION 1. The elementary school in the Municipality of San Francisco, Province of Cebu, is hereby authorized to be reconstructed, Gabaldon type, with the private funds of Mrs. Elena P. Maningo and the same to be named as the Quirico Maningo Elementary School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
