SECTION 1. San Jose High School in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as San Jose National High School General as well as vocational course shall be offered in said school.

AN ACT CONVERTING SAN JOSE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS SAN JOSE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.
SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its annual operation shall be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
