AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATEEL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS CATEEL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education a vocational high school to be known as Cateel Vocational High School in the Municipality of Cateel, Province of Davao Oriental.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the school year commencing in nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its maintenance and operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
