AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SURALLAH, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a national agricultural high school in the Municipality of Surallah, Province of South Cotabato, to be known as Surallah National Agricultural High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, the necessary sum for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act,

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
