AN ACT CONVERTING THE BUCAY RURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUCAY, PROVINCE OF ABRA, TO A NATIONAL GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BUCAY NATIONAL GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Bucay Rural High School in the Municipality of Bucay, Province of Abra, is hereby converted to a national general high school, to be known as the Bucay National General High School effective upon availability of funds.

Section 2

SEC. 2. All personnel, equipment, records, supplies appropriations and other assets, as well as liabilities, of the Bucay Rural High School are hereby transferred to the Bucay National General High School.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
