AN ACT CONVERTING THE RIZALINA BREEDING STATION IN BARRIO RIZALINA, MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, INTO A STOCK FARM TO BE KNOWN AS THE RIZALINA STOCK FARM AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Rizalina Breeding Station in Barrio Rizalina, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby converted into a stock farm to be known as the Rizalina Stock Farm.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said stock farm for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
