SECTION 1. Mati in the Province of Davao Oriental is hereby made a port of entry under the jurisdiction of the Collector of Customs of Davao.

AN ACT MAKING MATI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, A PORT OF ENTRY AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF A CUSTOMS SERVICE THEREIN.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury riot otherwise appropriated, for the payment of salaries and wages, the purchase of supplies and equipment and for other incidental expenses in connection with the operation of the customs service in Mati, Davao Oriental.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
