AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF SAN ANTONIO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ANTONIO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, AND AUTHORIZING THE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of San Antonio Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of San Antonio, Province of Nueva Ecija, is hereby increased from twenty-five to fifty.

Section 2

SEC. 2. An additional sum necessary in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine to carry out the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in addition to its existing appropriations. Thereafter, said sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
