SECTION 1. The ceramics plant in Barrio Binalayan, Municipality of Maripipi, Province of Leyte, under the National Institute of Science of Technology, is hereby transferred to Maripipi National Ceramics School.

Section 2
SEC. 2. All existing buildings, equipment, materials, supplies, papers and other property of the ceramic plant including its personnel and appropriations are likewise transferred to Maripipi National Ceramics School. In subsequently years, the appropriation for the said ceramics plant shall be included as a separate item in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 21, 1969.
