AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SULU HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOLO, PROVINCE OF SULU, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Sulu Hospital in the Municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu, is hereby increased from fifty to one hundred beds.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is herefty authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act. Such sum as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
