AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF POST OFFICES IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CARMEN, KAPUT1AN, MACO, MONTEVISTA, NEW BATAAN AND NEW CORELLA, ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a post office in each of the Municipalities of Carmen, Kaputian, Maco, Montevista, New Bataan and New Corella, all in the Province of Davao del Norte.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, the necessary sums for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
