AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BREEDING STATION IN THE SUBPROVINCE OF BILIRAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Subprovince of Biliran, Province of Leyte, to be known as Biliran Breeding Station.

Section 2

SEC. 2. One hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said breeding station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
