AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUM PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS TAGUM NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Schools a national trade school in the Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, to be known as Tagum National Trade School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter such sums as maybe needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
