AN ACT STANDARDIZING THE SALARY OF PROVINCIAL ELECTION SUPERVISORS AND PROVIDING THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. All provincial election supervisors shall receive salaries equal to that of the salary of the provincial treasurer of a seventh-class province.

Section 2

SEC. 2. For the immediate implementation of this Act, the Commission on Elections shall appropriate from its savings the necessary funds therefor. Thereafter, the subsequent appropriation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. All provisions of law, executive orders, administrative orders and resolutions or parts thereof, inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
