Section 1

SECTION 1. Republic Act Numbered One thousand five hundred sixty-eight, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Three thousand four hundred seventy-three and Republic Act Numbered Three thousand five hundred ninety-five providing for the pension system for the Auditor General and the Chairman and Members of the Commission on Elections, is hereby re-enacted.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The provision of Republic Act Numbered Four thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight, approved on June 17, 1967 or any other laws, in so far as they are inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act takes effect as of June 18, 1967.
