AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-NINE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE, ENTITLED "AN ACT CREATING A SEPARATE HIGHWAY AND PUBLIC WORKS ENGINEERING DISTRICT FOR THE SECOND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF BOHOL."

Section 1

SECTION 1. Sections one and three of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-nine hundred forty-five are hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, all municipalities in the Second Congressional District of the Province of Bohol are hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district and a separate public works district.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Any existing executive or department orders Consistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The office of the highway district engineer shall be in the Municipality of Bilar, Province of Bohol, the office of public works district engineer shall be in the Municipality of Albuquerque, same province."

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
