Preamble

SECTION I. The title of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-one hundred fifty-five is amended to read as follows:

"An Act constituting the Fourth and Fifth Representative Districts of the Province of Pangasinan into a separate highway engineering district."

Section 2

SEC. 2. Section one of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the fourth and fifth representative districts of the Province of Pangasinan are hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district which shall hereafter be known as the second highway engineering District of the Province of Pangasinan. The office of the second highway engineering district shall be established in the Municipality of Rosales of said province."

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Art shall take effect upon its approval.
