AN ACT CREATING BARRIO BAGUMBAYAN NORTE IN THE CITY OF NAGA

Section 1

SECTION 1. Sitio Bagumbayan Norte, City of Naga, is hereby constituted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Bagumbayan Norte.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Barrio of Bagumbayan Norte shall be bounded on the North by the boundary line between the Municipality of Canaman and the City of Naga; on the east, by Barrio Calawag; on the south, by the culvert beside De Jesus' residence; on the west, by the boundary line between the Municipality of Canaman and the City of Naga.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The new barrio officials shall be appointed by the City Mayor, and they shall hold office until their successors are elected in the next regular barrio elections.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
