AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIAYAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, FROM BARRIO PARANGLUMBA TO BARRIO SIAYAN PROPER.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The present seat of government of the Municipality of Siayan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby transferred from Barrio Paranglumba to Barrio Siayan Proper.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The provisions of Republic Act Numbered Forty-nine hundred eighty-nine which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
