AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF BATAC GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Batac General Hospital in the Municipality of Batac, Province of IIocos Norte, is hereby increased from fifty beds to one hundred beds.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Such sums as may be needed for the operation of the additional facilities shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act: Provided, That no portion of the appropriation shall be transferred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
