Section 1
SECTION 1. The sitio of Kapatagan in the Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Kapatagan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 19, 1971.
