Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitio of Cantubi in the Municipality of Balangkayan in the Province of Eastern Samar is hereby converted into a regular barrio to be known as Barrio Cantubi.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
