Section 1
SECTION 1. The District No. III of the Municipality of Cuyapo, Province of Nueva Ecija, is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Latap.

Section 2
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
