Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitios of Tubigan, Katungdulan, Bagacay, Sabang, Sampaga, Rao, and Cawayan in Barrio Santa Teresita, City of Iriga, are separated from said Barrio and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said city, to be known as Barrio Santa Maria.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 19, 1971.
