Section 1
SECTION 1. Sitio Peñafrancia, City of Naga, is hereby constituted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Peñafrancia.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Barrio of Peñafrancia shall be bounded on the North by the Catholic Cemetery; on the East, by Naga River; on the South, by Santoja Street; and on the West, by Jacob Street.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The new barrio officials shall be appointed by the City Mayor, and they shall hold office until their successors are elected in the next regular barrio elections.
Section 4
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 19, 1971.
