AN ACT PROVIDING FOR FOUR ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Zamboanga del Sur, six assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2

SEC. 2. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions provided for in this Act for the current fiscal year. Thereafter, the approbation for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included thy annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
